Due to the nature of original artwork and printed products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Belinda Louise within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.
