All artwork, paintings, illustrations, photographs, designs, product images, logos, graphics, website content and written material displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Belinda Louise and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.

The purchase of an original artwork, print, greeting card, tea towel or any other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Unless prior written permission has been obtained from Belinda Louise, you may not:

• reproduce any artwork in whole or in part;

• scan, photograph or digitally copy artwork for reproduction;

• create prints, merchandise, fabrics, clothing or commercial products using the artwork;

• modify, edit, trace, redraw or create derivative works from any artwork;

• use artwork for NFTs, artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets or any digital generation technologies;

• use any website images, product photographs or written descriptions for commercial purposes;

• sell, distribute, publish or license any artwork or image.

This includes both physical and digital reproductions.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

3. Limited Edition Prints

Where artwork is described as a Limited First Edition or Limited Edition Print, only the physical print is being purchased.

The copyright remains solely with Belinda Louise.

Belinda Louise reserves the right to create future editions in different sizes, mediums or formats unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Watercolour Artwork Disclaimer

Watercolour is a delicate and naturally transparent painting medium. Its beauty comes from the interaction of pigment, water and paper, creating subtle variations that are unique to each original artwork.

While professional artist-quality materials are used wherever possible, watercolour pigments naturally respond to their environment over time.

To preserve your artwork, customers should avoid:

• prolonged exposure to direct sunlight;

• excessive humidity or damp environments;

• rapid fluctuations in temperature;

• displaying artwork in areas exposed to steam or moisture;

• storing artwork in direct contact with acidic materials.

Even when framed behind UV-protective glass, some fading or subtle colour variation may naturally occur over many years. This is considered a normal characteristic of original watercolour artwork and is not regarded as a fault or defect.

Proper framing and conservation practices will significantly extend the life of your artwork.

5. Product Information

Every effort is made to accurately display colours, textures and details.

However, colours may vary slightly due to:

• individual computer and mobile device screens;

• monitor calibration;

• lighting during photography;

• printing processes;

• the handmade nature of original artwork.

Small variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade art.

All orders are subject to availability.

Belinda Louise reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or product availability.

Customers will be notified promptly should any issue arise.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Payment is required in full before products are dispatched.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

9. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

Belinda Louise is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

10. Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully.

Due to the nature of original artwork and printed products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Belinda Louise within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.
